Great Plains Institute President and CEO Rolf Nordstrom has been accepted into the Forbes Business Council, an invitation-only community and the foremost growth and networking organization for successful business owners and leaders worldwide.
Rolf was vetted and selected by a review committee based on the depth and diversity of his experience. Criteria for acceptance include a track record of personal and professional achievements and honors.
“We are honored to welcome Rolf into the community,” said Scott Gerber, founder of Forbes Councils, the collective that includes Forbes Business Council. “Our mission with Forbes Councils is to bring together proven leaders from every industry, creating a curated, social capital-driven network that helps every member grow professionally and make an even greater impact on the business world.”
As an accepted member of the Council, Rolf will be invited to share his expert insights in original business articles on Forbes.com, and to contribute to published Q&A panels alongside other experts. He will also connect and collaborate with other respected leaders in a private forum and at members-only events.
“I am excited to join this impressive group of business leaders and to highlight economic benefits in the clean energy transformation with the Forbes community,” Rolf said. “Research continues to show that American consumers are demanding clean energy choices and they look to businesses and brands they trust to take a leadership role in the transition. GPI is known for its collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. The Forbes.com platform gives GPI a chance to further cement its engagement, connections, and leadership in this time-critical work.”
