Your support of GPI makes a difference every day in how we connect communities, businesses, and public entities to find the paths to an equitable net-zero carbon economy.
In the last 12 months, we have:
- Collaborated with state governments to pass some of the most far-reaching clean energy and climate legislation in the country.
- Assisted states in pursuing a clean fuels policy, a market-based approach that has already proven successful in making all transportation fuels cleaner.
- Worked to help pass federal legislation that will help remove carbon emissions from the environment.
- Supported communities in becoming certified for solar energy projects, and spearheaded novel approaches to siting solar that provide multiple local benefits
- Assisted communities that wanted to declare climate emergencies to raise awareness of the urgency we face.
We could not have done this—and more—without you. We have much more to do. With your help, my colleagues and I are ready to make this the decade we turned the tide on the climate challenge.
